From turning failing MVPs around to designing hardware-integrated platforms, I’ve led end-to-end design across products used by thousands of real people — starting here with my biggest work yet: Pika Insight and others

Quick answers to common questions below.
I start by understanding your needs, then sketch ideas, test them, and refine until the solution feels just right for users.
One time we were tackling a problem for informal retailers around sales unit breakdown. In a call, someone suggested an idea and I decided to explore it further, I quickly mocked up wireframes and a lo-fi prototype overnight, without a formal PRD.
The next morning, when I presented it, I got pushback from one of our engineer. He felt it wasn’t feasible with our tech stack or timelines. It was tough feedback in the moment, but I reminded myself we had the same goal: solving the user problem. So instead of defending my work, I listened, acknowledged his concerns, and we ran another ideation session with both design and engineering input.
From that, we came up with a realistic patch solution that could ship faster. I tested it with users, and feedback was really positive — 8 out of 10 found it easy to use. Most importantly, it meant we didn’t leave a group of users behind, and the business unlocked new revenue from that segment, and like they say, the rest is history.
For me, the takeaway was that difficult feedback isn’t a blocker — it’s an opportunity to align better with the team and still get to impact.

My thought process: True UX mastery comes from designing with flexibility, not just following formulas, but asking better questions.
